By accessing or using CareerAutoPilot AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CareerAutoPilot AI is an AI-powered career coaching tool that provides resume assistance, interview preparation, job tracking, and general career guidance. CareerAutoPilot is not a staffing agency, employer, licensed career counselor, attorney, or financial advisor.
All AI-generated outputs — including career advice, resume rewrites, cover letters, interview feedback, and ATS scores — are automated suggestions produced by third-party AI models (OpenAI). They are not professional advice.
The ATS (Applicant Tracking System) scoring and resume analysis features provided by CareerAutoPilot are self-service tools for personal improvement only.
CareerAutoPilot does not make hiring, firing, or employment decisions. The AI is designed to provide unbiased career guidance regardless of protected characteristics including race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information.
If you believe you have experienced employment discrimination, contact the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) at eeoc.gov.
CareerAutoPilot does not provide immigration advice, visa guidance, or work authorization counsel. Information related to immigration, visas, or employment eligibility is beyond the scope of this Service. Users should consult a licensed immigration attorney for any questions related to work authorization or visa sponsorship.
Users are responsible for not uploading or sharing educational records protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) without proper authorization from their educational institution. CareerAutoPilot does not manage, access, or control FERPA-protected records.
Users must not use CareerAutoPilot to fabricate, embellish, or misrepresent academic degrees, certifications, work experience, or any other professional credentials. Doing so may violate federal and state fraud laws. The AI resume tools are designed to improve the presentation of truthful information only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerAutoPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: employment outcomes, lost job opportunities, reliance on AI-generated advice, or decisions based on ATS scores or resume analysis.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to CareerAutoPilot (resumes, notes, etc.). CareerAutoPilot retains ownership of the platform, its design, and its underlying technology. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
